The up-2-date user manager allows you to quickly generate usernames and passwords so that your staff can maintain your website. To add a new user enter their details, select the user role and click save.
up-2-date users can be either site administrators or site users. Administrators can edit any part of the site whereas as users can only edit the sections or pages you need them to.
The parts of your site that your staff can edit can be restricted with the user manager. You can grant your staff access to update the whole site or just one page, it's up to you.
Want the office staff to update news, the recruitment team to update job vacancies, the project team to update projects and the marketing team to be able to edit all areas of your site - it's no problem with up-2-date.
