+ Choice based lettings

Over the past year we have worked with Under One Roof to develop a choice based letting software product that will integrate with their website to allow tenants to bid online and view recent lettings. The software is a web application built using ASP.NET and SQL Server.

Under One Roof is a partnership between St Helens Council and registered social landlords with properties in the St Helens area including Helena Homes, Riverside, Regenda, Arena and the YMCA

+ Firm foundations

At the start of the project we spend time with the Under One Roof team, from office staff to managers, in order to understand their exact requirements. This resulted in a system that fulfilled all aspects of the brief and also provided additional functionality to streamline key tasks.

Keep on running

Our software does not stand still. We are currently looking at ways to improve our choice based letting system so that our clients can benefit form further efficiency savings.
